As of 31 December 2010, the capital stock consisted of 1,220,863,463 fully subscribed and paid shares of €1 par value each, all listed on the Spanish (continuous market) and Buenos Aires Stock Exchanges. Since March 4th 2011, the stock was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. Repsol ADRs currently trade in the OTCQX platform.
